About Us
Built on Experience
Altocon is a family-owned industrial construction specialist. We plan, manage and deliver projects that help facilities operate more efficiently and support business growth.
Altocon is a new company backed by more than 50 years of combined experience. The team’s background spans trades, licensed building, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, equipment installation and infrastructure, including road, rail and water environments. This breadth of experience helps Altocon understand projects from more than one perspective. We recognise the realities of construction delivery, the requirements of an operating industrial facility and the importance of coordinating people, equipment and infrastructure correctly.

Our Values
COMMUNICATION
Clear, consistent updates from first site walk to final handover. You always know where the build is at, what's next, and what it means for your project.
INTEGRITY
Honest scopes, transparent pricing, and straight talk on what a project needs - and what it doesn't. We build long-term relationships, not one-off jobs.
SAFETY
Every site runs to a documented WHS plan with qualified trades and full compliance. Safe builds protect your asset, our team, and everyone around the project.
QUALITY
Fit-for-purpose materials, skilled trades, and a finish that holds up under industrial use. Workmanship is warranted - if it's not right, we make it right.
FORWARD THINKING
We build for where industrial property is heading - energy efficiency, modern compliance, and layouts that adapt as operations and tenancies evolve.
Licences & Certifications
Every job is backed by the right licences, insurances and systems, so you can be confident the work is done properly and stands up to scrutiny.
NSW Building Licence
Licensed to carry out building work in New South Wales, with work overseen by experienced, qualified builders.
Quality Policy
A documented quality system covering inspections, hold points and sign-offs, ensuring workmanship is guaranteed.
Safety Policy
Site-specific WHS plans, safe work method statements, inductions and regular safety checks on every job.
BCA & Australian Standards
Work designed and built to the Building Code of Australia (National Construction Code) and relevant Australian Standards.
Insurances
Public liability, contract works and workers compensation insurance in place, with certificates available on request.
Qualified Trades
Licensed trades and subcontractors, with current competencies and insurances.
Sustainability
Upgrading the buildings you already have is one of the most sustainable ways to build. We look for ways to cut waste, energy and impact on every project.
Reuse Before Rebuild
Refurbishing and extending existing buildings keeps materials in use and avoids the impact of knocking down and starting again.
Sustainable Materials
Where it suits the job, we use recyclable materials, low-VOC finishes and locally sourced products.
Energy Efficiency
Better insulation, LED lighting, skylights and solar-ready roofs that lower running costs for years to come.
Protecting The Site
Erosion and sediment controls, waste separation and recycling on site, and care for stormwater and the surrounding environment.

Yes. Altocon Pty Ltd holds NSW Builder Licence #82113C (ABN 85 698 521 943) and carries full public liability and works insurance. Every site runs to a documented WHS plan with qualified, insured trades.
Yes. A large share of our work is staged around live operations. We plan works in zones and shifts, isolate services carefully, and sequence trades so tenants can keep running, dispatching and manufacturing while the upgrade progresses.
A targeted upgrade - lighting, flooring, amenities or an office fit-out - typically runs four to eight weeks. A full warehouse refurbishment with structural, roofing, services and compliance works usually runs three to six months. Brownfield developments depend on approvals and are scoped case by case.
We focus on mid-tier industrial work: refurbishments and brownfield developments from smaller targeted upgrades through to multi-million-dollar facility repositioning. If a project is outside our sweet spot we will tell you early rather than stretch the scope.
Property investors and funds, developers, owner-occupiers, facility managers and commercial leasing agents - clients who need an industrial asset repositioned to attract better tenants, lift rental yield and improve operational performance.
